Scopes + Estimates
An in-person scope and estimate provided by Vice Pro Estimates involves a detailed, on-site assessment of the damage to a property, conducted by a trained and experienced estimator. This personalized service aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the extent of the damage, allowing for a more accurate estimation of repair or replacement costs. Here's a detailed description of the in-person scope and estimate process:
1
Order Request

2

After reviewing the scope of work, one of our team members will reach out to the property owner and discuss further necessary details in order to schedule the inspection.
3
Day of Inspection
Upon scheduling an inspection with the client, we promptly arrive at the property to meticulously assess the situation. We prioritize comprehensive data collection by taking detailed notes, seeking crucial information from the client, and capturing organized photographs to document damages and affected areas. Our commitment to precision extends to on-the-spot measurements, meticulously gauging inch by inch. In cases where damage may not be immediately evident, we employ advanced tools such as moisture readings and humidity logs to provide irrefutable proof.
